Who are we

Jesus Reglero is the founder of Solutions for Financial Growth.

He earned a BA in Finance at ICADE in Spain and was graduated with honours with an executive MBA at IMD in Switzerland.

He enjoys vast experience in corporate finance after having worked for years in the investment banking industry, first working for large bulge brackets and specialised advisors and since 2012, working for his M&A boutique, RS Corporate Finance.

As far as his academic background he is professor of finance related subjects at ICADE, executive coach in finance related programs at IMD and director of the finance program of the online education university, OBS Business School.

In addition, he is a researcher of M&A and value creation in these processes.

In addition to Jesus, S4FG is composed of a team of professionals with deep experience in the field both domestic and international.
